RETURN POLICY
Shipping & Returns
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders, please contact customer service at 845.476.7949.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4. May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high-quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair and a return and/or exchange will not be accepted.
You must contact us first before refunding your package at 845.476.7949 During Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All KMonique Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the KMonique hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost along with a 10% restocking fee, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the KMonique Hair seal was not broken. Each merchant processes refunds differently so check with your bank.
6. May I make an exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The KMonique Hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange. If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because KMonique Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.

Can Virgin hair be dyed?
Yes. Virgin human hair can be dyed any color. Please keep in mind, virgin hair is like your own hair and can be damaged from over processing the hair with chemicals. Be sure to speak with a licensed stylist before chemically treating the hair.
How long will my Virgin extensions last?
With proper maintenance, your virgin hair can last up to a year or longer.
How do I maintain my virgin hair?
Virgin hair is much like your own hair. Here are a few tips for you to follow.
1. Shampoo and condition the hair once or twice a week.
2. Make sure to use Sulfate free products.
3. Avoid using heavy oils on the hair; it will weigh your hair down.
4. We recommend sleeping on satin pillows or with a satin cap to avoid friction while sleeping.
5. Please NEVER EVER sleep on wet hair. When sleeping, we highly recommend that you braid or wrap your hair to prevent tangling. Keep in mind, the hair is not attached to your scalp, so it’s not receiving the nutrients your natural hair is getting, so proper maintenance is required.
How many ounces of hair are in each bundle of hair wefts?
One bundle is equivalent to 100grams or 3.5 ounces
How many bundles are needed for a full head?
Most people normally would use 3 bundles to get a full head. Longer lengths have shorter wefts, So possibly 4 bundles. Consult with your stylist to make sure you get enough hair to complete the style you’re seeking. Does the hair shed or tangle? All hair sheds. We use a double drawn weft so shedding is very minimal. We recommend using a weft sealer for added protection against shedding. Virgin hair should have minimal to no tangling. Longer hair lengths may experience some shedding around the nape, but hair should be easy to detangle by running your fingers through the ends first. Weft Sealer or Fray Check can be purchased at a beauty salon store or fabric stores.
I found a gray hair!! Why?
Virgin hair is cut directly from a donor’s head therefore there may be gray hairs depending on the donor’s age and stress level. Don’t worry, virgin hair can be dyed or if you like the natural color look, the gray hairs and be tweezed out easily. KMonique Hair inspects every bundle and grays are tweezed out. If we missed one, please forgive us and let us know.
